Can I defer my studies to a later cohort?

You can apply to defer your studies to a later cohort if you meet the conditions laid out in the Mitigating Circumstances policy. To apply to defer your studies you will need to submit a Mitigating Circumstances form to us via cltinternational@centlaw.com. Once submitted, the Learning Support team will confirm if your deferral request has been granted. 

A fee of £500 plus any applicable local taxes will apply. Details of how to make payment will be provided on approval.

Please be aware when applying for a deferral that, as per CLTI's terms and conditions, all courses must be completed within two years of enrolment and your course fees paid in full or no arrears on your account.
